Meet Mister Boom Boom!
Mister Boom Boom, also known as Frank Coates, is a music educator and entertainer with a passion for music enrichment in early education. He is a multi-talented musician, YouTuber, and children’s author, who has introduced countless students and viewers to instruments from around the world. Through his company, Mister Boom Boom’s Play Patrol, he travels to schools, childcare centers, libraries, and summer camps to provide music and sports enrichment programs to children who may not have access to a full-time music, physical education, or creative arts teacher.
In 2020, Frank launched Mister Boom Boom’s Music Room, an interactive web series designed to introduce children to the world of music through percussion and rhythm.
